We offer full packing and unpacking services, using only quality materials, and we have a wealth of experience of safely moving and storing items of value or collections, such as paintings, wine and fine art.
Other storage services offered include personal assistant and handyman services, and complete move management and relocation services.

Storage Terms & Conditions

All stored goods must be covered by a valid insurance policy at all times. This requirement ensures financial protection for both the customer and the storage facility in case of damage or loss.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Policy Choice: Customers are responsible for choosing an insurance policy that meets their specific needs and covers the full value of their stored goods.
  • Coverage Scope: The policy must cover common risks associated with storage, such as fire, theft, flood, water damage, and vandalism.
  • Location Endorsement: The policy must include an endorsement specifically naming our storage facility and its address.
  • Coverage Amount: The minimum coverage amount must be equal to the declared value of your stored goods.
  • Proof of Coverage: Customers must provide a copy of their insurance policy certificate or cover note to the storage facility upon move-in and whenever the policy changes.
  • Policy Maintenance: Customers are responsible for maintaining their insurance policy and ensuring it remains valid throughout the storage period.
  • Deductible: Customers are responsible for any deductibles applicable to their insurance policy.

Facility Responsibilities:

  • Security Measures: The storage facility will maintain its standard security measures, including perimeter fencing, alarm systems, and access control procedures.
  • Claims Assistance: The storage facility will assist customers in filing claims with their insurance company in the event of damage or loss.
  • Limitation of Liability: The storage facility's liability is limited to the terms and conditions outlined in the storage agreement.


This policy does not cover:

  • Damage or loss caused by customer negligence or intentional acts.
  • Damage or loss occurring during transport to or from the storage unit.
  • Goods stored outside the designated unit or in violation of facility rules.
  • Damage or loss arising from inherent vice, wear and tear, or inherent nature of the goods.

  • Customers are encouraged to discuss their specific insurance needs with their chosen insurance provider.
  • Customers may inquire about optional insurance offered by the storage facility.
